Nachopelti saves Friday night when you have a sweet tooth, but you are also tired. The simplicity of Nachopelli lies in the ready-made spice mixes and sauces, so there’s no need to see the effort anyway. With this food, you are only allowed to open the cans and pour the contents onto the tray.

You can replace the minced meat with, for example, beans, Nyhtökaura or Härkis, so a meatless version of the sheet pan is easily created.

Nacho sheet

200 g nachos

400 g minced meat

1 tsp burrito seasoning mix

1 cup cheese dipping sauce

On:

1 cup sour cream

guacamole

salsa

canned jalapenos or chopped fresh chili

fresh coriander

1. Brown the minced meat and season with the burrito seasoning mixture.

2. Spread the Nachos on a baking sheet on baking paper.

3. Spread the minced meat over the nachos and the cheese sauce over the minced meat. Bake at 225 degrees for about 5-10 minutes.

4. Top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa and jalapeno slices or chopped fresh chili. Finish with fresh cilantro.
