All Brabant clubs that played in the KNVB Cup on Tuesday evening have been eliminated. The most striking is the elimination of Helmond Sport from the amateurs of Spakenburg, where they lost 3-1. NAC is also not included in the draw for the second round. The club was thrown out of the cup by Quick Boys from Katwijk 1-0.
The amateurs of OJC Rosmalen lost out to Almere City after victories in the cup against Oss ’20 (5-1) and against CSV Apeldoorn (1-3). The Premier League team of coach Alex Pastoor was clearly a size too big: 1-8.
UNA from Veldhoven has been eliminated by De Treffers from Groesbeek. The Treffers won 4-0 at home. RKC Waalwijk lost against FC Utrecht 3-2.
TOP Oss and FC Eindhoven will play against each other on Thursday and FC Den Bosch and Willem II still have to play. As a result, in addition to PSV, which has been drawn for the first round, at least one Brabant club remains active in the cup tournament.
