The N34 between Gieten and Gasselte is closed after an accident with a truck. The truck driver was injured in the accident.
The truck was loaded with hay bales and went off the road and ended up in a ditch. The driver has been taken to hospital.
The road has been closed to allow the truck to be removed from the ditch. Traffic is diverted. It is unclear how long the N34 will remain closed.
