British e-commerce specialist N Brown Group Plc has filled another key position. On Thursday, the parent company of online fashion retailers JD Williams, Simply Be and Jacamo announced the appointment of Natalie Rogers as Chief People Officer.
Rogers will assume the position on February 1 and report directly to CEO Steve Johnson as a member of the executive team, the company said. In her new role, she will head the group’s human resources department and will be responsible for implementing the transition to the new, flexible business model.
According to her future employer, Rogers has more than 25 years of experience in human resources for companies in various industries. Over the course of her career, she has worked, among other things, as Chief People Officer at the e-commerce company Moonpig and at the social service provider Unum UK.
