American Jeanie Welker47, is a really muscular woman.
British Metro– magazine, the circumference of Welker’s bicep is over 43 centimeters and the circumference of the thigh is over 66 centimeters. In the bench press, Welker pumps 90 kilos over 10 sets of repetitions. In the leg press, he might do sets of 12 repetitions with 240 kilos.
Welker told the Metro magazine that a muscular woman is still a red dress for some people, which is reflected in the comments she receives on social media. Welker has more than 63,000 followers on Instagram.
– If I didn’t limit commenting, I would occasionally receive messages saying that I am a man or that I am disgusting. It doesn’t bother me though, Welker told the magazine.
Welker said he doesn’t read private messages sent to him. On the other hand, many also boast that they would like to have the same hands or feet as Welker.
“I feel sorry”
Welker’s philosophy is that men and women both have the same muscles that are just waiting to be developed and grown.
– If a nasty comment comes from a woman, I feel sorry that she doesn’t know her own potential and is probably limited in other areas of life, says Welker.
Welker says that women just follow along when men tell them what they should look like. The bodybuilder suspects that if women thought about what they really want, there would be more muscular women.
– If a nasty comment comes from a man, I remind myself that they are more undeveloped than me and probably struggle with their body image. Most likely, they feel a sense of inadequacy.

Training every day
Welker joined the US Navy at the age of 21 and began lifting weights in 1999. Between 2008 and 2022, Welker competed in US bodybuilding 17 times and won a few.
– Men in good shape are encouraging. In my experience, it’s because they know how much work it takes to get to this point.
Welker says he works out most days of the week. However, when he is tired, he occasionally likes to take a break from training.
– I am empowered. I feel strong. My body finally represents the strength of my mind and my soul.
