Serbian singer Emina Jahovic put her ex-wife and father of two children, Mustafa Sandal, on bail on the grounds that she did not pay her child support. The case was canceled when the famous pop singer proved that he paid Jahovic a total of 1.8 million.
Emina Jahovic claimed that Mustafa Sandal did not pay her child support. However, in the decision of the Istanbul Duty Enforcement Court, it was determined and approved by the bank receipts that Mustafa Sandal paid 968 thousand TL to his ex-wife.
An additional 900 thousand TL was paid to Emina Jahovic as the rent for two years for the villa in Çubuklu Vadi, which belongs to Sandal. In the court decision, it is seen that Sandal fully paid the school installments and all other compulsory needs of her sons Yaman and Yavuz.

It is also said that there is an average monthly rental income of 50 thousand TL from Serbia.
SANDAL’S REQUEST ACCEPTED
Istanbul 2nd Enforcement Law Court accepted Sandal’s request to stop the claim regarding “accumulated alimony receivables”. In other words, there is no officially finalized alimony claim that will require enforcement proceedings.
The alimony cancellation lawsuit filed by Mustafa Sandal will be decided in the upcoming hearings.
