With The Chemical Brothers, the Arctic Monkeys, Alice Phoebe Lou, Kraftwerk, Liam Gallagher, Bonobo and James Blake, some top acts have already been confirmed for the Cala Mijas Festival line-up. More have already been announced, with more confirmed artists to follow, taking to the Costa del Sol’s stages in September.
Spanish flair and ecological commitment
From September 1st to 3rd the festival will be held to take place in the “picturesque” town of Mijas, located in Malaga. The town is described as “an oasis of white houses and golden sandy beaches”. This year, the event should not only stand out because of its location, but also because of its ecological commitment.
Music festival with a clear conscience
The aim is not only to “reduce the impact on the environment as much as possible, but also to create a lasting cultural, social and economic impact that promotes the development and growth of the local community”. This should ensure that “everyone Festival-goers can enjoy the music without regrets and support a sustainable cultural model.”
Tickets for the festival are already on the Cala Mijas Festival website available. Prices for 3-day tickets start at 139 euros. Day passes are available for 60-70 euros. Campsites near the festival can also be booked.
