Arrival and parking
The RheinEnergieSTADION team recommends using public transport to avoid long waiting times. The best way to do this is to use tram lines 1 or 7. Line 1 stops right at the stadium, good transfer points from the long-distance and regional trains to line 1 are the “Köln Messe/Deutz” and “Köln Weiden West” stations. The “Stüttgenhof” stop, where line 7 stops, is only a few minutes’ walk away. From the “Haus Vorst/Marsdorf” stop, Kölner Sportstätten GmbH offers a free shuttle service for all five concerts, which takes guests to the Südallee/Junkersdorf bus stop near the stadium from 4 p.m. on the concert days. After the end of the concert, the shuttle service to the “Haus Vorst/Marsdorf” stop is available for 1.5 hours.
Visitors who are dependent on the car should drive via the motorway ring Kreuz Köln West (A1/A4). From the A1, use the “Köln Bocklemünd”, “Köln Lövenich” or “Köln Weiden/Frechen” exits. If you are coming from the A4, use the “Köln Klettenberg” or “Frechen Nord” exits. Then just follow the signs to the stadium. There are around 7,500 car parking spaces around the RheinEnergieSTADION as well as the bus parking lot P8. The stadium team also recommends the following car parks: Park & Ride Marsdorf (Haus Vorst), Park & Ride Weiden West and multi-storey car park Köln Arcaden.
All detailed information about arrival can be found on the RheinEnergieSTADION website.
