Fedez vs Luis Sal: what happened
—
In June 2023, after thesudden “disappearance” from Luis Sal’s podcast, some fans of the program had asked where it went. In the video What happened to Luis Fedez had explained that his partner had abandoned the project following a heated argument. However, the Milanese rapper continued to carry on the project without the YouTuber.
Luis Sal had responded to the video with another video, creating the catchphrase “Tell your mother, tell your lawyer”. Here he explained his version of events, announcing that he would respond to Fedez to defend himself. The matter ended up in court, as the parties could not reach an agreement privately. The reason, according to the Court, however, lies with Luis Sal, due to a clause contained in the social statute of Muskio Selvaggio srl The “roulette clause” provides that, in the event of a stalemate in the company, one of the two partners can make an offer to buy the shares of the other. If the latter does not agree, he is the first to have to sell the shares. Luis Sal a at the end of 2023 he refused to sell his share and it would have been up to Fedez to give it up.
The rapper contested the clause, refusing to sell. So the YouTuber went before a judge again, who agreed with him.
