The images above show how Mohammed El-Abboud (28) shows off his new clothes on TikTok. He just bought it by selling Louise Kam’s car after he killed the lady with his accomplice. He makes the images in Hertfordshire, England, in his victim’s driveway. The duo first tried to scam Kam, but when that went wrong, they killed the 71-year-old woman. El-Abboud and his accomplice are sentenced to 35 years in prison.
