Municipality tightens rules after PEC Zwolle’s request for a mega sticker on the IJsseltoren

The municipality of Zwolle has tightened local rules to more quickly put a stop to advertising on buildings. The reason is the request from PEC Zwolle to place a mega sticker of a footballer from PEC Zwolle on the IJsseltoren. The municipality could not yet refuse the permit for this.
