Santalahti confirms to Iltalehti that he had received a message from MTK MMA last week.

Santalahti signed an agreement with MTK MMA at the end of 2019 after taking on a British promotion at Cage Warriors.

Among other things, Santalahti refused to play a match against a Belarusian opponent, as Russia had just started an offensive war in Ukraine.
– I haven’t rested on the laurels, but trained all the time.
– The intention would be to fight within a couple of months. It’s self-organized, and let’s see if you get a good opponent for it tonight. MTK MMA would no longer be involved in that match.
In recent years, Santalahti has weighed in at 77-80 kg. The balance of a professional career is 12 wins and 3 losses.
