On the AG Wildervanckweg near Zandberg, a motorist left the road just after 9.30 pm tonight and came to a halt between the bushes in a dry ditch.
After a short treatment by paramedics, it was decided to further investigate the motorist’s injuries at the hospital. What caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle is yet to be determined.
One lane of the road was closed to traffic at the time of the accident. The damaged car has since been removed by a salvage company.
