A motorist was injured in an accident near Wezuperbrug. He collided with his car head-on against a tree on the Oranjekanaal Noordzijde.
The driver was trapped and was removed from the car by emergency services. The trauma helicopter was also present to provide assistance.
The victim was taken to hospital with unknown injuries under police escort.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
