The police are looking for witnesses to an accident in which a cyclist was hit on Tuesday morning on the Groenstraat in Tilburg. The driver left the 76-year-old victim behind and ran off in the direction of Ringbaan-Zuid.
The accident happened around ten o’clock. The cyclist was probably hit while overtaking and slammed to the ground. He had to be taken to hospital after the accident.
The driver has not yet reported to the police, who are investigating the accident and are looking for witnesses.
