A motorist who ended up with his or her car on its side in a ditch along Kolkenweg in Scheemda on Friday evening has left after the accident.
At around 10:20 p.m., emergency services received a ‘vehicle over water’ report. On arrival, a car turned out to be on its side in a ditch, but the driver was no longer present.
The police are looking for the driver.
