Three noisy motorcyclists who drove on the Oude Rijksweg in Best were ticketed by the police on Wednesday evening.
Lately there have been a lot of roaring ‘noise bars’ driving around in Best. That is why the police carried out a check at the request of the local police officer.
Engines tuned up
When the officers noticed the group of motorcyclists, a noise measurement was made. It turned out that the engines had been tuned up.
The men were fined 450 euros. In addition, they must have their engines returned to their original condition and have them inspected again by the National Road Transport Agency (a so-called WOK notification, ed.). Until then, they are not allowed to drive on it.
