Motorcyclists from more than ten clubs gather at the Biker Club Meppel clubhouse. They raised money for charity during a Pokerrun. An event organized by motorcycle association MC Motorhead Hoogeveen.
The money raised goes to the Drenthe Wish Foundation, which fulfills the wishes of children who grow up under difficult circumstances and who deserve a helping hand. For example because they are sick.
While enjoying coffee or beer, members of various clubs listen to the announcement of the amount that has been collected. Members of the motorcycle club in Hoogeveen are given the honor of writing the result on the check. The amount, 10,001 euros, was received with loud cheers by both the members of the various motorcycle clubs and the ladies of the Wish Foundation present. “Wow, we can do a lot with that”, one of them cheers.
