The North Holland court declared motorcycle club Hardliners banned on Friday. The court also dissolves the club’s departments, the so-called chapters. The directors of the association will be banned from management for three years. Hardliners must immediately cease all activities, otherwise they will have to pay a penalty of 1,000 euros per day.
