The weekend of the Japanese GP of MotoGP in Motegi begins with the thrill: a large fire broke out on Thursday evening in the garage of the Moto2 Marc Vds team, creating a lot of chaos and fear in the paddock, even if fortunately there were no injuries. The flames, released suddenly after witnesses saw a blaze, apparently originated from a short circuit while there was a battery charging.

The worst was avoided thanks to the timely use of fire extinguishers, challenged not only by the firefighters, but also by the mechanics of neighboring teams, such as Suzuki and Aprilia, who promptly intervened to put out the flames. Fortunately, there were no injuries and even the bikes remained unharmed.
