Tommy Lee, real name Thomas Lee Bass, is accused of raping, groping and kissing a woman against her will. The woman who brought the charges says that the rape happened on a helicopter trip 20 years ago in February 2003.
The woman says that she traveled by helicopter with Tommy Lee and a helicopter pilot she knew before.
In the indictment, the woman says that she was supposed to go for a spin over San Diego with her pilot friend. Tommy Lee was on the field and the destination changed to Los Angeles.
The woman says that the men drank alcohol, smoked weed and used cocaine while the helicopter was in the air. According to the woman, the men forced her into the cockpit and to sit on Lee’s lap. After doing this, Lee forced himself into her.
According to the woman, Lee groped, kissed and groped her against her will and when she tried to pull away, the man’s grip became stronger. Lee pushed his fingers inside her as well. In addition, Lee tried to press the woman’s head into his crotch.
After reaching Los Angeles, Lee left the scene and the woman was flown back to San Diego. Lee has not commented to the media on the subject.
