Mother British Airways buys Spanish airline Air Europa

The parent company of British Airways, Iberia, Vueling and Aer Lingus buys the Spanish airline Air Europa. International Airlines Group (IAG), as the holding company is called, is willing to pay 400 million euros for this. The aviation group already had a 20 percent interest in Air Europa since August. It obtained this by converting a loan into shares. But now the remaining shares also belong to IAG.
