‘Russian advance slower than expected’
KIEV – The Kremlin accuses ‘Ukrainian nationalists’ of having deployed missile systems in residential areas of major cities. Moscow thus seems to be paving the way for large-scale bombing of residential areas. No evidence was provided for the allegation.
