About the Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab
The Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab (MSIVL) is a five-month, intensive, in-house accelerator designed to help advance and scale startups, culminating in a presentation and demo day for investors. Morgan Stanley launched MSIVL, formerly called the Multicultural Innovation Lab, in 2017 with the intention of addressing disparities in funding for racially diverse and female-led start-ups. As our research has shown, these disparities result in more than $4 trillion in unrealized returns.
The team is led by Selma Bueno, Managing Director and Global Head of Inclusive Ventures Group, in New York, and Sanghamitra Karra, Managing Director and EMEA Head of Inclusive Ventures Group, in London. Together they have more than 35 years of investment banking and risk management experience.
