Youth care Netherlands has reached an agreement with trade unions FNV, CNV and FBZ on a new collective labor agreement for employees in youth care, the employers’ organization announced on Tuesday. Youth care workers can look forward to, among other things, a step-by-step wage increase of 8 percent and a one-off payment of 250 euros.
