Russian security forces arrested at least 730 people on Saturday who protested the war in Ukraine and President Vladimir Putin’s decision to mobilize part of the population for the fight. This was reported by the Russian civil rights organization OVD-Info. The organization said that demonstrations had taken place in at least 32 cities.
