More than 5,000 people have already been arrested in the country’s heavy protests in Kazakhstan. “Across Kazakhstan, 5,135 people have been arrested so far,” the Interior Ministry said on Sunday morning. Some 400 vehicles, most of them police cars, were destroyed during the protests.
