More than 50 injured in fire in Czech care home specialized in dementia patients

More than 50 residents have been injured in a fire at a home for dementia patients in the Czech Republic. Two people were taken to hospital in critical condition, emergency services said on Wednesday evening. 51 others were slightly injured. The institution’s staff managed to get to safety.
