More than 250 Flemish schools will turn completely purple on Tuesday, following the International Day against Holebi and Transphobia (IDAHOT). The PURPLE campaign of youth organization Wel Jong vzw calls on everyone to wear purple: the color symbolizes the LGBT+ community. Flemish Minister of Equal Opportunities Bart Somers (Open VLD) visited the Ursuline School in Mechelen on Tuesday.
