At least 212 people were arrested in Russia on Friday and Saturday at memorial rallies for Alexei Navalny, human rights organization OVD Info reports. This is the largest wave of arrests at political events since September 2022, when more than 1,300 activists were arrested during demonstrations against the mobilization of reservists for the war in Ukraine.
