In the fight against illegal medicines and doping, 1,284 people were charged in a large-scale operation in thirty countries on three continents and 64 million euros worth of medicines and doping were seized. The European police service Europol reported this on Tuesday. It was already the fourth time that the operation called ‘Shield’ was carried out.
