The attack by the jihadist terror group Islamic State (IS) on a prison in northeastern Syria, in an area controlled by Syrian Kurds, has already killed more than 120 people. So says the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), an NGO that monitors the war in Syria from Great Britain.
