Family of black American killed by police receives $3 million
The municipality of Elizabeth City, in the American state of North Carolina, pays three million dollars (about 2.8 million euros) to the relatives of a black man who was shot dead by the police. Andrew Brown Jr. died in April 2021 in his car by police bullets when he wanted to flee from some agents.
