More and more employers let staff compose their own salary package: these are the advantages (and disadvantages)

More than half of the companies (54 percent) already give their employees the opportunity to put together part of their salary package themselves. Smartphones, company bicycles and extralegal holidays in particular are gaining in importance. These are also popular choices within a cafeteria plan. How does a cafeteria plan work?
