Moose Knuckles appoints Eric Tosello as Head of Asia Pacific

Canadian apparel retailer Moose Knuckles has appointed Eric Tosello as executive vice president of Asia Pacific. In this function, he will be in charge of “all aspects of the company’s activities in the region” from Shanghai, the company announced on Wednesday.

Tosello is a proven apparel retail expert in the Asia Pacific region. Most recently, as CEO of Greater China and APAC, he managed the business of the French sportswear brand Lacoste in the region. Before that, Tosello had worked, among other things, as General Manager for APAC at the Timberland label and as Managing Director for APAC at the outdoor outfitter The North Face.

Victor Luis, Chairman and CEO of Moose Knuckles, has high hopes for the new addition: “He brings extensive experience and is a proven leader in building brands, driving growth and building teams in the premium and luxury segments in Asia ‘ he said in a statement.

The region is an important growth market for Moose Knuckles: In China alone, the clothing manufacturer says it was able to achieve a 75 percent increase in sales last year.
