After the worldwide success of the new Heartbreak High, there is a sequel. The Netflix series, which is inspired by the Australian hit series from the 1990s, was in the top ten in 43 countries last month. The idea for the reboot came from the Dutch producer Jeroen Koopman: “The best thing about all this is that thousands of teenagers recognize themselves in the series.”
