Modern pastry at your fingertips this weekend in La Rural

In the second edition this year of the Exhibition with the largest number of editions dedicated exclusively to confectionery in our country, you will be able to find stands of companies and entrepreneurs, learn new recipes and techniques in free classes, taste some delicacies and appreciate the creative edible art in all its splendor.

At the PASTELAR stand, an Argentine company dedicated to the production of products for modern confectionery, you will be able to purchase products direct from the factory at promotional prices. There will be present:

  • The tiktoker with more than 2.5 million followers LOLI PAGANO (Saturday 8 at 5:30 p.m.) decorating a cake with Pastelar buttercream, the only ready-to-use buttercream on the market
  • BETTINA PRIETTO, professional pastry chef specializing in healthy pastry and coordinator of the official training program PASTELAR COACHING, demonstrating the use of the PASTELAIR airbrush to color using a minimum amount of colouring: aligning creativity with conscious eating (Saturday 3:00 p.m.)
  • Former Bake Off participant KALIA showing how to make healthy snacks in the PASTELDRAI food dehydrator (Sunday 5:30 p.m.).
