- By purchasing additional packages to your tariff, you can control your excess fees. For additional package options, you can dial *120# on your mobile phone and press the call button, or you can access additional package options from the Online Transactions application.
- When the mobile internet usage right offered within the scope of Free Tariffs is exhausted, the package excess fee will be applied as 20 TL for each 100 MB. Within a billing period, a maximum fee of 120 TL will be charged as the internet package excess fee within the scope of the tariff, and the internet access of the customers who reach this fee will be stopped until the end of the billing period and no additional charges will be made.
- TT Mobil offers messaging and voice communication (IM and VOIP), tethering and direct file sharing (P2P) programs etc. over the internet. reserves the right to make changes in the use of internet services offered within the scope of the tariff.
- The data usage service offered within the scope of the tariffs only covers the usage to be made over the internet apn.
- Minutes in all directions offered within the scope of the tariffs cover the aspects of in-network, home, work, other operators and contracted fixed phone service operators, provided that they are domestic. These minutes do not include TRNC, abroad, web and wap usage; It includes calls made towards 3-digit numbers starting with 444 and starting with 1.
- The charging period of the minutes is 6 seconds.
- Our customers, who have registered for the tariffs as of 09.01.2023, are deemed to have given their approval to benefit from the domestic 4.5G service. 4.5G service will be used domestically without any additional action, and as long as the customer’s device and SIM card are compatible with 4.5G, they will start using the 4.5G service. The customer can cancel the service if he/she wishes.
- Free SMSs within the scope of the tariffs are valid for all directions in the country and do not cover international and TRNC usage, SMS sending via web and wap. Free SMSs include sending to 3-digit numbers starting with 444 and starting with 1.

- Customers who have the right to benefit from the e-magazine application offered free of charge within the scope of the tariffs, must download the application from the application stores* (*App Store or Google Play Store) and log in with their mobile number and password.
- In case the aforementioned subscribers switch from postpaid line to prepaid line, switch to a different postpaid / prepaid tariff that does not offer free e-magazine benefits, cancel their line, cause cancellation or transfer their number to another operator, their e-journal subscription will be terminated. If the free subscription expires for the reasons stated, the application will not automatically continue. In order to benefit from the application, subscribers must purchase the application through the App Store and Google Play Store.
- The minutes, SMS and mobile internet rights offered within the scope of the tariffs that are not used within a billing period will be deleted at the end of the relevant billing period. Usage rights within the scope of tariffs are not transferable and cannot be transferred to third parties.
- As of 09.01.2023, customers who will sign up for the tariffs can choose from a postpaid or prepaid tariff offered by our Company within the last 90 days or Controlled HSE. For customers who transfer their numbers from their tariffs to other operators and then register for this tariff, a one-time registration fee of 30.6 TL will be charged and this fee will be reflected on the customers’ first invoices.
