Mo Ihattaren steals the show at Young Ajax with hat trick against VVV-Venlo

Mo Ihattaren is back with a vengeance. The 20-year-old talent started in the base at Jong Ajax and took his team by the hand. Thanks to three beautiful goals from the midfielder, Young Ajax won 6-1 against VVV-Venlo in the first division.

The party ball had to get going before half-time. Young Ajax was clearly the better team and saw a bet from Christian Rasmussen end up at the intersection. After 22 minutes, Mohammed Kudus gave the team from Amsterdam a deserved lead with a shot from outside the box. A minute later, VVV tied the score, because the attack immediately after the kick-off was worked in by Joeri Schroijen.

Ihattaren show

Seven minutes after the break it was Naci Ünüvar who gave Young Ajax the lead again. That turned out to be the prelude to the Ihattaren show, as the right winger dribbled in in the 57th minute and shot the ball behind the goalkeeper.

Five minutes later, Ihattaren showed his class again. With an action he pulled in and then pulled out hard: 5-1. Ten minutes before the end, Ünüvar closed the game by converting a penalty to decide the final score at 6-1.
