Mixed patrols stopped in Knokke-Heist

In previous years there were regular problems with Dutch young people who came to party in Knokke-Heist. That is why a mixed patrol is successfully deployed with Dutch and Belgian police officers on horseback. Due to the strike, that mixed patrol is lost. After the disappearance of the cavalry, the police zone did ask for reinforcements and four extra police officers were promised. The heat and alcohol consumption increase the risk of incidents and the police are extra vigilant.
