Stefanie Remlinger (51) is to be elected the new city hall boss from Mitte on Thursday.
► The problem: The Green politician is still on sick leave until Sunday and does not feel fit again after her corona infection. But after negative tests, she is no longer subject to quarantine, so she can leave the house.
► The solution: She interrupts the sick leave for an important reason, is placed in a booth during the election.
There she will then be presented with the certificate of appointment by a member of the legal office.
