In the summer of 2022, Apau landed at Telstar. He made his first minutes before the club In the practice match against SC Cambuur. In those three seasons that he played for Telstar, he grew into a valued force and APau bore the leaders’ band under trainers Mike Snoei and Anthony Correia.
Earlier this year, Apau hinted that this season would be his last at Telstar. Now it appears that he does not stop completely as a football player, but continues in the highest amateur department. SV Spakenburg, the reigning champion of the Second Division, will be his new club.
