Mister Spex downsizes board – Chief Human Resources Officer leaves

As part of an efficiency program, Mister Spex is reducing its board.

Chief Human Resources Officer Maren Kroll will leave the online optician in June by mutual consent, Mister Spex announced on Thursday. The position will not be filled again.

Kroll joined Mister Spex in 2020 as Chief Human Resources Officer and became part of the Board the following May. According to her profile on the LinkedIn careers network, she previously held various managerial positions in HR departments in several companies, including Zalando.

“We are very saddened by the departure of Maren, but confident that the decision to restructure our board will enable us to simplify processes and become leaner,” says Mister Spex Co-CEO and Founder Dirk Graber will ensure that this transition is as smooth as possible for our employees and all stakeholders.”
