Missguided has now changed its official company name to MGL Realizations (2022) Limited, as reported by the trade magazine FashionNetwork and the British Chamber of Commerce Companies House. The former name was Missguided Limited.
The name change follows its acquisition by Britain’s Frasers Group. Frasers has paid 20 million British pounds for the brand (about 23.3 million euros). The company’s name change will most likely have no impact on the brand name visible to customers.
After the Missguided acquisition, other things changed. Founder Nitin Passi, who left the company in April, returned to the company when the acquisition was announced.
