Alexey Druzhinin became the new head of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport (Roszheldor). The corresponding order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the document published on the government website.
Prior to him, acting head of the agency was Alexander Ivanov.

Druzhinin was born in 1973. Graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy (Moscow State Law Academy named after O. E. Kutafin) with a degree in Jurisprudence.
In 2004-2005, he was the head of the legal department of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport, from where he moved to the Ministry of Transport. Druzhinin worked in the department until 2014 as Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Support and Legislative Activities and Deputy Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Railway Transport. After that, he became the head of the Department of Legal Support and Legislative Activities.
Prior to his appointment as the head of Roszheldor, he was the executive director of the Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) “The Union of Market Participants in the Services of Railway Rolling Stock Operators”.
