The Supreme Court has annulled for the second time the appointment of Eduardo Esteban as prosecutor of the Juvenile Chamberafter former Attorney General Dolores Delgado designate him up to two timesdespite the fact that the court questioned its way of proceeding for ignoring “striking differences” in this election.
Legal sources have reported that the Fourth Section of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber has estimated the appeals filed by the Association of Prosecutors and by a prosecutor who aspired to the same position and annuls the appointment of Eduardo Esteban as prosecutor of the Juvenile Chamber.
