The youth was arrested on Friday. He was arraigned and interrogated the same day by the juvenile judge in Oudenaarde. He decided to release him, albeit under very strict and stringent conditions. For example, he is placed under house arrest for a longer period of time, has to follow an educational program and also perform community service for a while.
