Minna Pajulahti took an excellent place in the prestigious competition

Minna Pajulahti, 41, finished eighth in the prestigious Arnold Classic fitness event invitational competition.

The ranking is excellent and the Finn also finished eighth in the Fitness Olympia competition held earlier in December.

– I am super happy with my condition and the way I look. I have a back day coming up, Pajulahti wrote in his Instagram post after the Arnold competition.

The Arnold Classic was held in Columbus, Ohio and he took the gold Ariel Khadr second time in a row. It narrowly finished second Jaclyn Baker.

Kahdr took home $25,000 for his win, while Baker received $13,000. Came third Michelle Fredua-Mensah received $8,000.

In the competition, the best six received cash prizes, so Pajulahti was barely outside of them.

It was the Fitness International invitational competition for bodybuilding women. The 10 best fitness athletes from around the world were invited to it.

The main competition of the Arnold event is the legendary men’s Arnold Classic. It has been organized since 1989.

Pajulahti told Iltalehti in January that she believed she could win the women’s competition.

– I train 4–5 hours a day, 2 hours always with aerobic equipment, Pajulahti said to Iltalehti at the time.

He also revealed his diet.

– Ten egg whites per day, 500 grams of salmon or sockeye and 500 grams of chicken or meat as well. Top with salad with olive oil, Pajulahti explains the exact menu after the Christmas feast.
