Radio host Minna Kuukalla, 53, has a habit of showing her social media followers her gingerbread house creations every year. Kuukka’s gingerbread artworks are already such a big tradition that the host has tagged his photos with the subject tag “Kuukka’s house factory”.

This year, Kuukka started his tradition earlier than usual – and even with a little twist.

Masterchef Vip Kuukka, also known as the winner of the program, published Instagram-on his account, a photo of his gingerbread house, which is not traditional Christmas.

– “Is the Christmas mess about to start now?” sighed one of the teenagers, when the smell of pepper wafted to the door at the weekend. Well, it won’t start yet. When I carefully tested the feeling and implemented it at the thought level for many years, I saw a haunted house lurking under Halloween, Kuukka writes in his post.

The Halloween themed gingerbread house has a black roof and purple walls. The house’s chimney, terrace and its canopy have been preserved in peppermint color. The house has been conquered by ghosts, pumpkins and spider webs.

According to Kuukka, the house has a special story.

– This is located on the last lot at the end of a quiet street. No one has been seen in the yard or on the move at all for years, but when evening comes the lights come on in the windows and at this time of year someone carries pumpkins to the porch. The wind makes the rough corners howl. Did you catch a glimpse of a face behind the boarded up window? Anyone trying to get out? Do you want in? Who or who is buried in the corner of the house? The children run past the house and rumor has it that not everyone has succeeded, he said.

Fans of the radio presenter are downright crazy about Kuukka’s special gingerbread house.

– So wow, how great! How come I didn’t even think that the gingerbread house is great for Halloween, because you get just the right amount of jaggedness for the house of horrors!

– You are clever.

– Absolutely great. I already lived for the story!

– A new territorial conquest for the tribe of pepper spinners.

Kuuka told Anna magazine in September that cooking has helped her stay positive even when life surprises her. He raised as one example the time when his spouse Tatu Vehmak was diagnosed with cancer during a routine operation. The radio host said that a basic optimistic attitude and cooking helped him in a halting situation.

In the video, Minna Kuukka talks about radio work and balancing family life.
