Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoğlu congratulated jockey Özcan Yıldırım, who won the 96th edition of the Gazi Race, which has been organized in the name of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk since 1927.
